About This Home

Here's a great opportunity to start a family farm. A lovely 2018 custom 3bd, 2ba manufactured home, with many upgrades and a screened in porch. There's an 800 sq. ft. insulated workshop with a half bath. Water for the home is on the Elfrida Water Dist. The property totals just under 80 acres, with 60 acres of grandfathered irrigation rights. There are 3 irrigation Wells on the property. One Well is in service and was tested at 400 gpm with a Cummins natural gas motor. There are 2 older pivots on the property that were damaged by a wind storm, so they're not currently in working order. This property is just the right size for a small hay farm, cattle operation, orchard, or horse property. Many options are available with this property, and a spectacular view of the Swisshelm Mountains!
